Deceptive branding. Tricks you into thinking it’s HP Smart

I was looking to install the HP Smart app so I typed “HP Smart” on the App Store search and this app was at the top of the resultsThe icon, app name, and even the screenshots look so much like the HP Smart app I stupidly fell for it, and once installed it immediately wanted me to subscribe which I again, stupidly did.Then once I tried to use the Mobile Fax feature I realized it wasn’t there because well, this isn’t the app I wanted.It’s all a trick. I asked for a refund and was denied it. I’m appealing it with Apple and will report this to HP so they can investigate for a copyright violation.

Got the app had to pay to even connect to printer. If you have HP devices don’t use this app. Tried getting a refund as i couldn’t even connect my printer and had it less then 20 minutes. They never responded to my refund request i didn’t even use any features in the app.

I purchased this app and my printer was unable to connect to the app so I canceled my subscription that same day and now I can’t even use it and I am very disappointed with this app that is of no use to me last time I purchase hp products

I only downloaded the app so that I could try to get in and change the Wi-Fi settings… Which I can't do unless I'm connected to the Wi-Fi. Talk about stupid. I hate HP.
