This is one of few applications that made my life easier. I can scan so many documents and have it in one place and utilize it to maximum capacity. It’s better than my desktop PDF. I love this application. Thank you again. You are an amazing developer. Keep up the good work and thank you thank you thank you thank you, everyone should invest in this application . Please Can you guys also implement Google Drive or dropbox other drive shared into this app?

Developer Response
Will provide these features in version 3.2.0 in the next few days

I have tried several scan apps in the past, but have found Beyond Scan to be among the best. It is intuitive, easy to use and meets your needs. In addition, I had a question for the developer (where is all the data you import stored-answer- in your iphone and accessible only to you). The response was very quick and satisfies my concern relative to the safe storage of my data. I highly recommend Beyond Scan.

After the new update, my subscription is no longer recoverable — the subscription that the developer themselves had previously offered as a free subscription.

I had a pro account before they switched to “subscription” and they disabled all my pro features

This has happened with 2 apps from this dev. I had PRO account on both apps, they now switched to a subscription model & downgraded my account, and now they want me to pay monthly for features that I already had access to because I already had a PRO account. There’s no option to restore purchases within the app either….

Apologies for our late reply. The image in your email was a screenshot of the app with an error popup, which we were confused about because it didn't look like an error message from our app. Now I finally see that you are trying to get the text information in this screenshot, not complaining that our app is reporting errors. The real problem you are having is that the auto crop is not accurate, you can try to modify the crop area manually, there is a manual crop button in the menu bar, I hope this helps.
