I subscribed to The Dosh Network monthly subscription in early April 2025. Less than 2 weeks later, my card was charged TWICE in the same day for $5.99 each. I emailed the company (there is NO PHONE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY on the website) twice to no avail. I had to file a claim with my bank, and had the charges reversed.This same thing happened in May, June and July!! Each time my account was charged 3 times each month instead of once for the monthly subscription. I emailed the company each time this happened and no one ever replies. I have had to do reversal claims each of these times with my bank. I asked my bank to stop any future transactions, and was informed that I needed to contact the merchant (who never replies) to stop the transactions. There is also no place on their app or website to cancel my subscription. There is a phone number associated with their account that is on the transactions from my bank account. I called and it sounds like a voicemail from someone’s cellphone. Of course no answer and no return call has been made. This is diabolical. How is this legal??

Before subscribing to this network, I heard a lot of negative things about it but because they were doing business with a popular reaping host I figured it couldn’t be that bad. I was wrong after the second month of the app charging me. I was no longer able to view any of the content I had subscribed for on the app or the website. In the second month, they tried to charge me twice for my subscription, informing me that I did not have one and I would not be able to view the content. This was the last straw for me, and I wanted to just simply unsubscribe while searching for the unsubscribe, but it was nonexistent ;could not speak with anyone from the company. I had to cancel my card and block the company. Please be aware.

This company is the biggest scam. Don’t download and provide payment info to them. Where do I begin? First, the company says the monthly subscription fee is $5.99 but they actually charge you $6.99. They also charge you multiple times per month for the monthly subscription. I tried to contact them about this (via phone, dm on instagram, email, support tickets on the app) and nobody has gotten back to me. The app also doesn’t work, it’s intermittent. It rarely allows you to actually watch any shows it gives an error message stating “pay now” WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PAID! More than once for the same month. I literally tried to support an upcoming media platform but it’s been nothing but headaches. Stay away.

Downloaded the app and paid for membership. Dosh charged my credit card $6.99 five times in the month of June! I tried to contact them through customer service and no response. There is no option to cancel anywhere on the app. I changed my card number and they still tried to process my card multiple times in the amount of $6.99. When they couldn’t get the money, they charged me in increments of $0.50. Luckily, I was able to contact Apple and file claims on all charges. I received my money back asap. The Dosh Network is a real scam! You have been warned‼️
