The Proxima Cloud CRM mobile app is a flexible tool for optimizing field force operations. It helps medical representatives efficiently work with their client database, schedule site calls, appropriately use customer communication channels, and quickly and easily capture, store, and track key information about their activities. With an intuitive interface, offline access and data storage in a secure cloud environment, Proxima Cloud CRM mobile app is ideal for managing tasks while on the go. The functionality of the mobile app includes three main blocks: - Customer database management: - Maintaining a database of HCO / HCP - Keeping the entire history of customer relations (business card history, contact development history, categorization, call history and messenger communication) Management of sales on the territory of the medical representative: - Allocating and maintaining sales plans for the assigned territory of the medical representative - Distribution of individual sales plans for each medical representative - Displaying pharmaceutical balances at sales outlets. - Business intelligence, allowing you to analyze plan-to-fact sales figures, balances, potential, and much more. In this update, we have focused on high-speed data processing and new field tools to make your daily operations even more efficient. Performance and Synchronization: Enhanced Sync Merge: We have radically upgraded our database merging mechanism. Syncing and processing large registries with over 100,000 records is now significantly faster and more stable. New Features in Surveying and Visits: Flexible Surveys: You can now manually select which question groups to answer during a visit. Surveys can be empty by default, allowing you to add only the necessary blocks from a selection list. Consents for Promo Materials: We have added the ability to collect signatures and consents for specific materials directly within the distribution card. Material Limits Support: Implemented support for limits on materials distributed under signature to ensure strict compliance with distribution rules. Bug Fixes: Survey Improvements: Fixed an issue where the keyboard would close after typing the first character. We also resolved the problem where the "Survey" field would not appear when creating a visit according to targets. Data Visualization: Fixed the display of custom fields on card previews. They now correctly show filled values instead of the "Not specified" status. Search and Filters: Resolved the issue with searching for organizations containing an apostrophe in their name. Fixed the automatic application of the "Only mine" filter in the clients and organizations sections. Interface Stability: Fixed the duplication of materials in write-off and transfer cards. Improved the display of interaction history in client cards. Web Version Fixes: Resolved errors when adding responsible persons and fixed the display of organization names after closing task cards.
