Adds a Reset button. In earlier versions, if the user imported and converted his/her Home Accountz Accounts Tree as a test and chose not to save the converted data, he/she would not be able to set the Accountz Data Scope to Accounts, Payees and Transactions or to import his/her Accountz Transactions CSV file. Pressing the new Reset button re-enables the controls that were disabled, when he/she converted his/her Home Accountz Accounts Tree. The user can then restart the conversion process and import both his/her Accountz Balances CSV file and Accountz Transactions CSV file.

Fixes bug, which was preventing the processing and import of Home Accountz transactions that lack both payee and description field contents.

Amended default saved settings so that all Categories in Accounts and Balances Views are expanded when MyNetWorth opens the converted file. Double quotes in descriptions and payee names are now permitted but are removed automatically.

Home Accountz split account transactions are now converted to the MyNetWorth split account transaction format, i.e. with one parent split transaction plus 2 (or more) sub transactions, rather than 3 (or more) normal transactions, as long as the Home Accountz split account transactions are listed sequentially in order in the transactions.csv file.

Recompiled to run on macOS Big Sur and higher. Code amended to increase robustness against data and formatting errors in imported files.

Bug fix (array bounds check) to prevent potential crash when importing accounts tree.
