Good game but a problem with one level

Hi I love your game until I get to the beginner level 20 there is no way to win this level and no hint button that would be awesome if it could be added to the game on level 20 there are way too many pieces and none of them have the ability to slide

In the description it says this game can be played on or off line. I can only play on line. The only reason I downloaded the game was because it could be played offline. It wastes so much time trusting the description given for these apps only to find out after you download them that the description was a lie. It happens more times than not.
