This update includes improvements and bug fixes:
- You can now see part of a customer's name right next to their icon, so it's easier to tell conversations apart at a glance.
- Tag a teammate on a photo or video — it stays internal and won't be sent to the customer by mistake.
- Fixed an issue where the organization name didn't update after switching between desktop and mobile.
- Fixed a bug that caused a customer's name to appear twice.
