Money Transparent is an app supporting group or class fund management. Excel will be a good idea if you manage the fund of a group of 5 to 10 members. However, if there are about 50 people, you have to handle countless receipts and expenditures for the group’s activities. Collecting money is exhausting, let alone answering members’ questions about the expenses and fund’s status. Making monthly reports is also tricky. Understanding that, “Money Transparent” was born to solve these challenges. After logging in to the app, you can create a fund for your group and add members to the group by their phone numbers. If members have not logged in, the system will automatically sync after they have logged in. Now, the only thing you need to do is to create transactions for receipts and expenditures. Then, members will receive notifications as soon as transactions are completed. If someone has questions, they will comment on the transaction itself. You can export an Excel file and send it to your team members monthly or quarterly. Thanks to that, you have saved a lot of time and effort in managing the fund, and you are no longer worried that the members might not understand the expenditures. In addition, you can appoint any member as treasurer to support you. Finally, the app is free forever for individuals or small groups.
