主神陳聖公於清同治年間從軍，對花蓮之開發功不可沒。死後原葬於吉安東昌靠海處，民國41年善心人士興建廟宇奉祀。園區後方建有地藏王殿及安靈骨塔，提供安靈寄託、祭祀普渡之服務。 此App提供五樓祖先牌位尋位系統，輸入電話號碼顯示祖先牌位的路線指引。
