Digital Product Passport
Verify authenticity and origin
Free
Completely redesigned and now also for iPad and iPhone Duo: verify the authenticity and origin of products with one scan of the Digital Product Passport.
Scan the QR code of a Digital Product Passport and see in seconds whether the product is genuine. The app checks the digital signature and the copy protection of the label, then opens the passport with all information about the product.
WHAT THE APP DOES
• Scan a product passport: capture the QR code, check signature and copy protection
• Authenticity at a glance: product recognized, signature valid, copy protection visible
• Open the product passport: materials, origin, manufacturing, sustainability and service
• Verify SCRIBOS ValiGate security elements (on iPhone)
• App Clip: verify straight from the passport in the browser, no installation needed
• For iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo, with dark mode
THE DIGITAL PRODUCT PASSPORT IS COMING
The EU introduces the Digital Product Passport in stages. The battery passport under the Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 comes first from 2027. With the Ecodesign Regulation (ESPR), product groups such as iron and steel, textiles, tires, furniture and electronics follow.
MORE VALUE FOR YOUR BRAND
The Digital Product Passport PLUS by KURZ DIGITAL goes beyond the EU requirement: anti-counterfeiting QR code, gray market detection, more after-sales revenue, optimized service processes and stress-free compliance.
