I’ve started using it all the time for my calls instead of calling with regular phone. The thing I like about the most is the transcription because I don’t wait on hold much. I think they need to give some more info on how to use the app because it took me some time and I kept pushing the buttons myself instead of letting it do it for me. Whenever I hit a bug, I just close the app and open it again or call again and it works. Last week it saved me two hours. Now I’m using it for my personal calls too like insurance and stuff.

Weird Behavior

So I tried using it to make a call to a restaurant to find out the hours. It failed and said it couldn’t get the info. Out of curiosity, I tried having it call me to see what it was doing. I got super weird hold audio with a recording of someone pretending to be flustered with a dog barking in the background. It kept repeating this until it connected “me” back into the call by using the website streaming audio. Clearly there is no AI voice agent behind the scenes. Very disappointing.
