There is an array of sensors inside the Acuva water disinfection device that monitor its status. The app will keep you informed if the quality of treatment ever becomes compromised. The Acuva app also monitors the water flow rate, calculates the remaining capacity of the filter, and notifies you when it is time to replace it. Additionally, the app keeps track of and displays your power consumption & device operation time and notifies you when you need to replace the UV-LED board(s). • Contact us We strive to provide the best customer service. There is a “Help and Feedback” section in the Acuva app that you can always use to reach out to us whenever you need help.
