The app has a distinctive language convenience feature, which enables customers to carry out their transactions in three major Nigerian languages (Yoruba, Hausa, and Igbo). You can carry out your personal and business transactions via the app, which include instant account opening, bills payment, airtime and data top-up, intra and interbank transfers, automated investment options, access to online transaction history, account statements, get monthly movie tickets at discounted prices and lots more. The app comes with special security features such as panic, mask, and sleep modes to keep you secured all year round. Additionally, there is a light and dark mode feature for your viewing experience.
The user interface isn’t really seamless. A bit laggy, not intuitive, not presentable, not pleasant, not comfortable to see! A good way to keep customers interactive is with the app experience. Premium Trust Bank needs to work on giving their customers the “PREMIUM” outlook of things.
