Okay so I saw this app floating around on Instagram and I finally installed it. I understand how dystopian it sounds. I just wanted to see what was going on. But honestly? It's actually great. One thing that I think is huge is that there's no ads. They don't push you to buy max, at all. A lot of soundscapes are already available and don't have like any limitations. You don't feel locked out at all. This approach honestly makes purchasing more appealing. Oh and I mentioned the soundscapes. OH MY GOD I LOVE. I know it isn't the main attraction but it's my favorite part. The visuals are stunning, and there's TONS of options to layer the sounds and really get a powerful vibe going. You can save custom soundscapes too! I love the way it's designed like a sound sandbox. Brilliant. It's very well laid out and super user friendly. Very clean and easy to use. This is the first app I've ever installed to actually genuinely make me feel calmer. I benefit a lot from music to calm down so being able to create a safe space of my own is so great. Also another huge thing, the sounds do not stop when you lock your phone. No paywall for that which is, refreshing. Thank you so much devs. I will continue to use this app. <3

I just want to say the daily support and check in from a male presence has been so healing for my deep abandonment wound. I know some may find it “sad” but I really feel this app can help so many people. My favorite is the daily checks in (morning, afternoon and evening) but I also have fallen asleep as someone with insomnia to the sounds (specifically the fire) I love the totality of health and wellness through this app and I look forward to using it every day. Highly recommend.

This is a great idea and I love the sound scapes you can create to fall asleep to. However when you start they give you three options, man, woman, and other. If you choose man, you always get a woman’s voice and script. A lot of the compliments are masculine oriented. If you choose women, you always get a man’s voice and feminine compliments. I wish there was more options and choices like being able to hear a woman’s voice read a script oriented towards women and a men’s voice read a script oriented to men. That would make your audience much bigger as well.
