Hey this app is cool in all but i wanted to try out premium and im not to sure if that 3-day trial really worked or not cause i have a pending purchase will i not be charged or do i have to wait to refund?

It looks like you can use the app free with some features available only with a subscription. Until you realize that the only feature anyone would ever get the app for: saving an audio file from a video, is one of the locked features. Well what about the free trial? It’s not a free trial. It’s a refund period. Whereas every other app out there sets up the trial period as free the first billing cycle/couple of days, with the subscription set to renew at full price, this company makes you pay, and then submit to Apple for a refund within 3 days. They don’t make that clear so if you look through their reviews, that is the number one response. “Oh we’re sorry for the confusion. You need to submit a refund through Apple within 3 days of purchase”. That’s not a helpful response to those who did purchase, and didn’t know what to do for more than three days. Thank god I deleted the app as soon as I saw you can’t save the audio file without paying, and didn’t decide to try the trial.

So it’s a good app. But what they don’t tell you is you can’t make playlists here. This app is only good for listening to music and converting mp3 files. They have another app that does everything except for converting mp3. But they have ways that you can put mp3 files on there to listen to.Now to the issue. Finding this out I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. It was in the 3 day time frame to get one. The money went back into my account and I thought it was odd because my refund request was pending still. But I took that as a win and I paid for premium on the other appWell this morning I opened my bank app to see that they charged me again for this subscription. It still says pending so if the refund comes through and if I can edit this I will. Like I said good app but you really need their mp3 player app to get the full experience and the refund system is a pain.
