This is most annoying bill to pay I hate it. App works just as bad as the website. When I am logged in looking at my bill and click pay, it then asks for my account number. I’m logged in!! I don’t understand. And then I enter it and it asks for my email and password. I’m still logged in!!! I don’t understand why I can’t click pay and just pay.

Well not only are you not able to have the option to see the fields. Once you go and enter the CC information to save it for next time, you can’t see the save button. It won’t let you check out as a guest, so back to the desktop version I go. CPS just added Apple Pay and other payment options. SAWS catch up it’s 2026.

The app makes you log in, put your acct number in and then makes you log in again after that just to pay the bill. Terrible app that needs to be more user friendly.

I have appreciated the ability to see my water usage quickly by using the app. However, I only get the spinning blue circle when trying to Lon on today. Hopefully it will be fixed soon?
