I love this app and the way it’s a totally neutral experience. As someone in recovery from an eating disorder, it’s been so hard to find an app that doesn’t rate/label foods as “good” and “bad”. It acts as food journal where I can decide what FEELS good for me. On top of that, it has a reflect feature! I love this so much as it helps me look back on foods that made me feel not so great, as well as identifying what foods/meals I’d like to make again based on how I felt, AND how it tastes.

The perfect app to keep myself accountable

I needed to start tracking the food that I eat to lower my cholesterol. I love this app because it makes it so simple to just list the foods that I’m eating and it helps me build awareness of why I’m eating. This increasing awareness is helping me make better food choices every day. it doesn’t have a lot of needless ads or suggestions, which I really like.
