I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 since The app reached out to me and solved my issue. I wish I would have received a refund for the coins I didn’t intend to buy but they did make it right by providing them to my account which I can now login to. Once I received their customer service email and was able to contact them they responded quickly. I’m going to give it another try however I won’t make the same mistake as last time. If I pay for coins and they disappear again I won’t try again. I was very excited to read some of these books and so I paid $4.99 for 500 coins. Then the coins disappeared before I could unlock a chapter and would not come back so I thought it didn’t go through and paid again. This happened multiple times before I could actually start to read a book. I read 23 chapters and went to sleep. When I woke up all the chapters were locked again and the remaining coins (a little over 300) I had were missing. So I paid for more which again would show and then disappeared. I was charged for $40 worth of coins and only was able to use $10 with a little over 300 coins still missing. I requested a refund from apple for the $30 worth because I never received them. Also the app asks you to sign up for an account and every way you try it shows a error and doesn’t sign you up. I will be really upset if I don’t get my money back and I think this app should take a deep look at their coding because at this point they are just stealing from their customers.
