- MindPod Dolphin is a medical device software that delivers high-dose, high-intensity training to support the physical and cognitive rehabilitation of adults in healthcare facilities. The software, used with a tracking solution, provides a digital therapeutic environment that promotes 3D exploratory movements of the arms and upper limbs using a combination of animated gaming, real-time feedback, and movement tracking.

Warnings:
- Use under supervision: The device should be used under the supervision of a trained healthcare professional
- Motion sickness: while playing or watching certain video images, some people may experience dizziness, motion sickness, or nausea. If you experience any of these symptoms, discontinue use and play again later.
- Epilepsy warning: A very small portion of the population has a condition which may cause them to experience epileptic seizures or have momentary loss of consciousness when viewing certain kinds of flashing lights or patterns that are commonly present in our daily environment. These persons may experience seizures while watching some types of television pictures or playing certain video games. Users who have not had any previous seizures may nonetheless have an undetected epileptic condition.
- Risk of injury: Patients must only make movements that have been instructed by the healthcare professional in order to minimize the risk of injury due to new and incorrectly executed movements.
- Risk of fall: Minimize the risk of falls by clearing the area of tripping hazards.

- The responsible healthcare professional(s) will have determined a patient’s suitability for high-intensity and high-dose movements with respect to medical, neurological and physical contraindications.
- When using the software, do not sit or stand too close to the display screen.
- Do not play if you are tired or need sleep.
Always play in a well-lit room.
- Be sure to take breaks while playing.
- Ensure there is enough space in the room to perform the exercises comfortably and without interference.
- Ensure the therapy session is optimized by eliminating all elements of distraction.
- All cables provided with the device should only be used for the primary indicated function and should be kept out of the reach of children.
- The device should only be used with the compatible accessories cited in this manual.
- Avoid excessive or compulsive use of computer games or video games, which interferes with everyday life.
