With Cara, you're able to do the following:
• Talk through your problems and life's challenges

• Get recommendations for mental health and wellness behaviours and exercises
Cara can help you in multiple ways, including but not limited to:
• Tackling anxiety
• Helping you understand the reasons behind your emotions and suggest ways to amend negative ones through cognitive or behavioural routes
• Understand why you're feeling down and help uplift your mood
• A conversational partner when you're feeling lonely
• Deal better with relationship issues and family dynamics
• How to react and address work-related stressors
• Help you sleep better at night by addressing issues keeping you up
