Did not mean to buy this product. I must have an older version and accidentally clicked on something that felt like Clickbait and boom, I had a paid subscription.. I immediately wrote to customer service and they didn’t write back a couple of weeks ago. I’m not even clear why I need this product. Just wrote to customer service again and we we will see if they respond this time.

Scam. Makes you think you need for government website log in and it’s free. Therefore I never used it. Contacted them the next day spent a week trying to get a refund. They asked for my receipt in order to refund then backed out then just offered extended services (that I didn’t need to start with). Now Apple won’t refund either and won’t say why. Try Apple first, contacting this company is useless.*Update- They did eventually give me a refund.

I accidentally purchased the subscription. I sent a email to request a refund, they asked for my PayPal account. Why?! When it was purchased through Apple. Never received the refund. They have two different emails. It’s all a scam. Do not use this app! If I could give it zero stars, I would!
