Nightcap finds details in my dreams I'd otherwise completely overlook. It's also super helpful to see the patterns in themes that come up (despite all my dreams being so different)I've always been the type of person who writes their dreams down but I love being able to keep all my dream logs in a super clear format (not shoved into random diaries I never look at again, lol)
