あらすじ
学生時代、作家を夢見ていた主人公——小栗栄太。
社会人になり、今ではもう小説を書くことから離れてしまった。
変わらない毎日を過ごすエイタに祖父母から「管理できなくなった古いアパートを相続してほしい」と連絡がある。立地も悪く、アパート経営など経験したことがないエイタは断ろうと考える。
そんなとき、中学のころ突然失踪した親友——スケッチと再会するエイタ。スケッチはアルバイトをかけもちしながらイラストレーターをしていた。
スケッチとの再会や、様々な分野のクリエイターたちとの出会いが、変わらない毎日を過ごすエイタを動かす。
エイタは祖父母からアパートを相続し、夢を追う人たちのためのアパートにしようと決意した。
そして、エイタ自身も置き去りにしてきた夢と少しずつ向き合っていくことに……。
