积极认识社会形势和自身状态，及时调整情绪和认知态度，这将有助于应对目前快速调整的复杂境况，做到有准备、有方法。复旦大学类脑智能科学与技术研究院、中山市第三人民医院、中山复旦联合创新中心共同发起“复旦数字健康”情绪健康公益项目。
本项目目的：
（1）帮助用户认清自身的身体状况、情绪情感、应激反应等情况，正确认识现状，做好放松和身心调节，避免过度反应；
（2）提供专业化情绪改善方案和权威健康科普信息，助力每一位用户合理安排工作与生活；
（3）科学化评估特殊时期群众的心理响应，作为这段历史的真实剪影，用于完善公共突发事件心理支持体系，也是未来专业机构为人民群众提供更好支持的重要数据基础。
如您希望改善心绪不安，希望了解专业、科学的情绪健康调节方法，期待获得情绪改善，复旦数字健康将为您提供以下服务：
-情绪改善方案、资源
（1）定制情绪认知行为干预方案；
（2）认知调节、放松训练、舒缓音乐、助眠方法，多种资源助力情绪改善；
（3） 由易入难，结构化进阶体验，帮助您逐步掌握应对方法。
