Do On vs Due By
Some tasks only happen at a specific time, like a flight or an appointment. Others can be done any time before a deadline, like a report or planning a trip. Smartlist separates “Do On” from “Due By” so fixed events only show up when they are relevant and flexible tasks can appear early enough for you to make progress.
Dynamic priority
A task that is due in two weeks should not feel urgent today, but it also should not sneak up on you the night before. With dynamic priority, you can have a task start low and automatically climb in urgency as the due date approaches. This helps you spread work out instead of firefighting at the last minute.
Location based tasks
At home, you do not need to see your office backlog. At the office, you do not need your yard work and home repairs. Smartlist lets you tie tasks to locations, such as home, work, or specific stores, so your list only shows what is possible where you are.
Templates and repeatable lists
