Our hardware records your trips automatically and transfers the data directly to your digital logbook online. As soon as your vehicle is parked, the trip data appears on your smartphone. This saves valuable time and says goodbye to tedious manual note-taking.
Tax-Compliant & Tamper-Proof
Vimcar was developed with tax consultants and meets the strict requirements of the tax office (Finanzamt) as well as the highest data protection standards. To guarantee seamless documentation and protection against manipulation, you have 7 days after the end of a trip to categorize it. After this period, the entry is locked in accordance with legal requirements.
Maximum Efficiency through Intelligent Address Linking
Use your smartphone address book directly in the app! Our core feature recognizes recurring destinations: when you drive to addresses already stored in your contacts, the app suggests them directly for assignment. Even with multiple contacts in the same vicinity (e.g., in industrial parks), you can select the correct business partner with just one click. Time-consuming typing is completely eliminated.
Keep Track of All Vehicle Expenses
Now you can record all vehicle-related costs directly in the Vimcar app. Whether it's fuel receipts (differentiated by fuel, electric, or other), tolls, insurance, or car washes – there is an optimized form for every type of expense. At the end, simply export everything together with your mileage log.
