「松山防災アプリ」は、大雨や台風時のマイ・タイムライン（防災行動計画）を手軽に作成することができます。
警報や避難情報の発令時などに、警戒レベルごとのプッシュ通知やアプリ画面内のアイコンの色で危険をお知らせし、あらかじめ作成しておいたマイ・タイムラインを速やかに確認することが可能です。
また、市内の全中学校１年生を中心に、タブレットを使って授業で作成したマイ・タイムラインシートを家族等のアプリに連携させることで、本市が取り組む「松山逃げ遅れゼロプロジェクト」を市内全域に広め、風水害等での逃げ遅れゼロを目指します。
