i saw this on pinterest and was super excited to use it but i cant even get in 😭 i connected all my accounts and everything but once i got to the share contacts screen the share all button wouldnt work, and the select contacts button was gray. the screen wasnt frozen bc i could still tap the “why” button. after refreshing over and over and even deleting and redownloading the app a couple times, it finally let me move on. i didnt want to share all my contacts at first but then since i couldnt press the other one i decided to js share all. then i pressed select contacts and it opened my contacts so i added one, but then it just brought me back to the screen i was stuck on before and i havent been able to move on since :(( i really hope i can figure out whats wrong bc this app genuinely looks really fun but i cant even create my account D:

Not only is the community surrounding this app positive and uplifting, but the app itself scratches an itch I didn’t know I had. You can share what you’re watching, streaming, reading and playing, and Shelf keeps track of it for you! I love the customization options and hope there will be more color schemes and features in the future! This app is really taking off and so many of my friends and I use it to keep up with what each other are up to based on the media we are consuming. It’s so fun to scroll and see what my friends are streaming and react with emojis! I log into my Shelf every day at least once or twice to update what I’m into or what artist I’m obsessively streaming. I am so grateful for the community that this app has created. I can’t wait to see what else is in store for Shelf!

shelf is THE app to track all of the media you consume and easily share it with all of your mutuals! you can add media from anywhere by copying and pasting a link, connecting your favorite platforms, or searching for a title. sharing thoughts has never been easier with the ability to rate things out of five <insert emoji>s and reacting with emojis! the app also lets you seamlessly share to your instagram or snapchat story, which is useful for sharing the media you’ve consumed with other mutuals who need to discover shelf. the only thing that could make this whole experience so much more fun is the addition of color themes that change the whole vibe of your shelf— which there are! shelf is the app everyone’s talking about, and you need to get it like october 3 needs to come quicker‼️❤️‍🔥

I’ve personally always had an interest in statistics and being able to see personalized analytics delivered to me in a fun manner is something I find very intriguing.I’ve never had an issue with Shelf, and I find it nice to have a customizable area to show off my music taste. I also love the weekly recap feature, it’s able to give me periodic check-ins on my music taste and it’s cool that it allows me to see how it has evolved over time. Also, although I don’t use it, I like how you’re able to show off TV shows, movies, books, games, and more on your Shelf as well.Overall, I’d highly recommend this app if you’re interested in data and/or if you want to show off what cool things keep you entertained.
