I’ve been using Neighbors Trailer before they created their app. One thing I love about having my trailers in their app and website, is the customer service. Their service goes above and beyond. If there’s ever a problem with a customer, they are always there at any time and moment to help and offer solutions. I feel confident doing business through this app. I know this app is very young but I know it will take off in the near future. -Angie L

I’ve been using Neighbors Trailer before they created their app. One thing I love about having my trailers in their app and website, is the customer service. Their service goes above and beyond. If there’s ever a problem with a customer, they are always there at any time and moment to help and offer solutions. Not sure why they describes themselves as the nation’s largest network if (1) they are recently new company and (2) there is no availability on the tri-state. Why not bother? Because Neighbor’s Trailer highly recommended to have a contract. This is even listed on their site and in the app. Being proactive and having the paperwork, tried to submit a claim during the rental period. I was told to simply provide a written message from the renter that the claim is true. Above and beyond Supporting documents with video and pictures were submitted. Including messages from the renter. Neighbor’s Trailer sides with the customer. I asked why? They say that renter says the rental occurred outside of their platform. Huh?? Where is the proof, rentals have paperwork, funds, keys, etc. What is worse is Neighbor’s Trailer threatens me with malice, and in wording, says they will suspend me. Being the good guy apparently gets you nowhere even with your proof. I wonder what the courts will say. There is a reason for contracts and paperwork, but no, Neighbors Trailer thinks this nor the laws apply to them. Bet this will be deleted. It is ok, I have screenshot this to spread awareness across the community

I’ve been using this app as an owner/renter for a while now. Multiple rentals and renters, and a lot of time spent with the app. In most cases securing the rental is pretty streight forward. Dealing with renters, beginning and ending the rental okay when the app works correctly. The app has had a few revisions but is still very clunky. It works well sometimes and others not at all, some resulting in business lost. When you do have an issue the customer support is pretty terrible. You’re on your own and the insurance is more to make you feel warm and fuzzy about renting out your things. Customer service is essentially a 9a-5p so when there is a problem they don’t exist, hard to get a hold of or have extensive lead times in their response. If you’re looking to rent your equipment I would suggest a different app. The added frustration and the inconvenience that you will quickly run into are debatably not worth the revenue and wear and tear on your equipment.

I shared my phone number with a customer to help get in contact so he could book a trailer but the admin team fines me $200 for it. It’s a warning but I’m still getting fined? Maybe just ask nicely instead of throwing a huge fine just to make a few bucks. This company is insane. Please, please, please stay away. a) your messaging app is horrible, it doesn’t load, it won’t let you see if they read it, glitches out all the time. b) $32 service charge per rental, per day?? That’s insane. You can’t even profit off the rentals with this kind of charge. To all my people with trailer that want to rent them out, BE AWARE. THIS APP AND COMPANY WILL NOT BE HELPFUL, THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF DAMAGES WHEN SOMEONE MESSES UP. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
