Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center is a first-class gym in Seguin serving as a fitness complex for all. GRWC is committed to overall community health and wellness. One of our goals is to help you meet a manageable and healthy lifestyle, no matter your level of fitness or age as our members range from age 16-90+. At GRWC we offer cardio and strength equipment, an indoor temperature-regulated pool, 60+ group fitness classes, Parisi Speed School for youth athletes, Adult Team Training, Personal Training, 3D body scanner, a certified massage therapist on-site, motivating staff and individualized fitness plans to meet each clients needs.
