Everything else is great. Overall I really enjoy the app but communication is key for any sales org. If I can’t text clients back on the app it defeats the purpose of having the feature on there honestly. When I am on the road I have to wait to text my clients back when I get back on my computer which slows me down and When I try to text clients it doesn’t load. Less speed = less $$ for my business.
Eh
IWanbaBeACommie
Solid platform & one of the best I've used on a laptop or PC. The mobile though? I have an iPhone 14 Pro with a massive amount of storage and the app is consistently glitchy and weird. Literally just feels terribly optimized w/ compromised core functionality at points. Generally unimpressed with the mobile version & got so frustrated I'm here making this review. Do better. If you're going to release something you should really check the User experience because I feel it's so difficult to use this product on my phone I'd rather cart around my 2014 laptop that weighs like 10 pounds.
30 min delays
Danika42
There is some massive delays on using the app on mobile. I enjoyed being able to see missed calls and messages if I happened to be away from my desk. It allowed me to quickly answer simple questions without having to jump on my laptop to do so. A 30 min delay is terrible and needs to be fixed.
Optimized poorly
Kevonhence
It’s optimized pretty poorly. Great on desktop but very difficult to navigate and manage on mobile/ipad. iPad doesn’t even have a full size version it’s mobile sized. The app has a lot of features missing and just poor functionality. Crashes as well. Also, it wastes your telefony usage because it seems like every 10 calls you make, even if the other person is speaking you don’t hear them talking at all nor do you hear it ringing. Very broken app. Sometimes I handle my business on the go so I’m strongly considering switching to another dialer.
