بدأت الاشتراك بعد تواصل مكثف بعروض وخصومات.لكن بعد الاشتراك واجهت مشكلة بعدم توصيل وجبات ليومين كاملين.من ناحية التطبيق:لا يوجد نظام متابعة واضح لحالة الطلب، ولا يوجد دعم فوري فعال داخل التطبيق عند حدوث مشكلة. اضطررت للتواصل خارج التطبيق عدة مرات دون استجابة سريعة.التطبيق يحتاج تحسين في:•آلية خدمة العملاء•إشعارات حالة الطلب•وضوح سياسة التعويضتجربتي الشخصية لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع مقابل السعر، وأتمنى تطوير تجربة المستخدم بشكل جدي

بعد تجربه شهر مستحيل اجدد معاهم, رغم تحذيراتي وملاحظاتي وصبري في التوصيل ومواقيتها. مع اداره المبيعات والتنسيق لانواع الاكل مافيه استجابه وعود كثيره بلا تلبيه واستنزاف عصبي وضياع وقت ومال مع الشركه ذي.. الفواكه بعضها فاسده يوم ورا يوم رغم تنبيهي لهم واللحم يسد شهيتي ليومين وتجيني تقلبات منه
