Her er et forslag til en professionel oversættelse, hvor jeg har brugt gængse it-termer (som "User Interface" og "Bug Fixes") for at gøre den letlæselig:
New setting for employees: Display Name
Custom Display Name: Employees and external employees can now enter a Display Name in their profile settings if they do not wish to show their full name.
Visibility: This name will replace the full name everywhere in the user interface. For example, you can use just your first name and the first letter of your last name (e.g., Anna A.).
PDF Exports: Since full names still appear in PDF reports, only dialogue managers will be able to order and download a PDF export of a dialogue going forward.
Bug Fixes
Participant addition error: Previously, organization or unit administrators would encounter an error page when adding a participant to a dialogue via the unit page, even though the participant was actually added. This has been resolved.

Use the phone's passcode instead of biometrics (Face ID or Touch ID) If the phone's biometrics (Face ID or Touch ID) are experiencing challenges, you can now choose to enter the phone's passcode instead to log in.
