This is my “go to” at home Pilates workout and how I start my day. There are so many class options available from length, intensity, focus and use of equipment. Beth’s style is easy to follow and filled with helpful hints to make the workouts more effective. She is very knowledgeable and creative. Even though this is a video platform, it’s like she sees me and offers suggestions as if she can! There is a monthly calendar with a specific focus, as well as live classes with replays for those unable to attend. The membership fee is well worth it.

Trifecta Pilates has fun, challenging and restorative Pilates workouts. I especially love the focus on teaching options so that you can workout optimally and the restorative mindfulness classes. The app itself is very easy to use.

Beth is professional through and through, her knowledge is expansive( she has the life long learned credentials and continues to bring up to date current knowledge )and she continues to put out more information all the time on her site. Her website is a must for anyone who is interested in a full body work out- not only strength ,mobility and balance but mind and spirit. I say this from years with her. I’ve been doing mat Pilates for years but went full time with her during Covid.She produces such a variety that even though I have “favorites” listed in every category I never get bored for there is always something new. She also offers live classes that are immensely beneficial, not only with her introductions, but in answering in real time questions from the class.I can say I am living proof of what a good all over program like this can do for you. I started at 48 and am now 65. My body has gone through life changes and 3 operations in recent years. This put a stop to a lot of my lifetime activities, there was only PT. During this period there was a lot of fear of pain returning but I knew that I had to strengthen muscles that had been weakened and build my mobility up again. .. I was older ….it took time! Beth with her site was there at my disposal everyday greeting me with an encouraging phrase,a smile and being exact about how I should be breathing and moving. This was so reassuring!! ( when I was not sure !) and little by little I gained mobility back, it took time but I took classes that fit my mood or energy for each day.Here I am to say that even with issues I feel stronger today than 5 years ago and certainly more mobility in most areas. Pilates ALSO is a mood stabilizer for as you are breathing it all becomes a little meditative and very focused….a great centering for one’s day!
