Grafana IRM is the official mobile companion app for Grafana Cloud stacks with Incident Response & Management (IRM) enabled. It is not a standalone tool, and it does not work with Grafana OSS — you'll need an existing Grafana Cloud account with IRM to sign in.
If you're already using Grafana IRM, this app lets on-call engineers:
• Receive reliable push notifications for alerts and incidents
• Acknowledge, resolve, silence, or escalate alert groups on the go
• See who is on call right now and what's coming up on the schedule
• Page a team or trigger a manual alert from your phone
• Respond to incidents and keep the timeline updated from anywhere
