Games are reasonable, the selection is much less than that of the other gambling apps. so I rate the gaming a 3. Customer service is a zero. absolutely the worst gambling app available in West Virginia. Probably best to stay away from it if you want to actually cash out your money. They hold your money for a minimum of three days, sometimes five or more days. Last month I had to file a complaint with the Lottery Commission in WV, to get my payout. I spoke with online support multiple times, who was absolutely no help. I downloaded this app in person at dog track when reps were there for Betly doing a promotion to install the app this was over a year ago and I verified my account with the people then had to upload same stuff again a few days later to verify my account so I did no biggie but here the problem when you participate in a promo it’s all fine and dandy till you complete the promotion requirements then it’s you can’t load a game but after the time limit to use you free spins or casino credits is over wow your back in and can load games like now been fussing for last 2 days with them I completed a promo like I said games work just fine while your spending your money was supposed to got $50 free spins on a game next day to play a game day before and well now having to upload all my documents I did and then they came up with another document they needed I uploaded it and now it tells me I’m not in my state can load a game geolocation is on it’s verified I’m in my state and still can’t load a game but I will bet ya after the time frame expires for the free spins I was supposed to get I will be able to load a game again and all they can do is tell me make sure I’m in my state ect I have restarted my decide and uninstalled reinstalled the app and same thing this happens every time there is a promo you qualify for and all they can tell you is you didn’t or you need to have x amount of money on there to get the reward you are supposed to get even though you done spent the money to get the promo in the first place I will be deleting my account and calling the lottery commission on them to file complaint just keep this in mind they let you play games as long as your spending your money but when it comes to their promos give it up your not going to get what you have spent your money to earn I would not recommend Betly app to anyone

The deposit match is such an amazing offer to throw at new customers. It is a great way to get your foot in the door and experience the games Betly has to offer. Unless there 23 hoops you must jump through to receive your winnings. I had to play through $600 to even have the ability to withdraw, or so I thought. This app is so low quality and has zero ethical qualities about them. Visa cards are available to deposit, but not withdrawal. You must make a deposit before you’re able to cash out with your balance. You must wait FIVE DAYS after your deposit until you even qualify to withdraw funds. It’s sickening how manipulative this app is. Stick to other apps that are actually fair and don’t drag you along for days trying to get back whatever you may have deposited. I hope this reaches you before you download this app so I can save you the hassle and time. Again please don’t even bother it’s not worth your time. They will steal your money by unfair play and string you along until you have nothing left in your balance.

This app, and its employees all the way up the chain are completely garbage. The app itself isn’t horrible, but the way it is ran is absolutely criminal. Twice, not once, but twice, I have had a technical issue cost me money or spins in their casino, I screenshot it, screen record it, etc. I send every single piece of info they request including clear as day recorded proof of the technical issue. It has been 7 days since I contacted support, and they have not addressed the issue whatsoever. I have sent multiple emails to follow up and they just tell me the casino team is “reviewing my account.” What review takes 7 days when I sent them everything they needed on day one? They are absolute criminals and I’m pretty sure guilty of false advertising. I am in the process of contacting the gaming/lottery commission to file a complaint and see what steps are necessary to initiate an investigation into their business.
