This app is the perfect tool for routing and maintaining my business. Changing icons to the stage a lead is in is priceless. Adding images and having everything time stamped is so useful. I’ve increased my business at least 30-40% since using.

It allows you to schedule duplicate tasks that conflict unfortunately. That’s a real problem. When you make a note it should automatically put in the date and time. It doesn’t, so you wast a lot of time putting in information that should auto populate. Leads from integrity will not attach as they should. Sometimes the maps directions feature gives you audible voice queues to make a turn, sometimes it just gives a lower toned audible ding. It should give vocal verbal directions for a turn 100% of the time in my opinion. Scheduled task within the app will not sync with Google Calendar.

No more duplicate tasks nor conflicts. 2. Auto date/time on notes: totally agree, we just launched automatic timestamps on every note source in the activity feed. Check it out. 3. Integrity lead attach: fixed in the newest version. Lead Attachment no longer crashes and the link should hold now.Here is what we don't control: audible voice queues. Don't Knock It Till You Try It!
Hey knockers! Here's what's new:
- Add to Route is back on every lead. One tap drops a stop in your route, tap again to pull it.
- New Mile Tracking master switch in Settings. Flip it off on your iPad so it stops double-counting your drives.
- Swipe left to delete in the activity feed: knocks, calls, Knock IQ notes, and pipeline steps. Deleting a knock rolls the pin label back too.
- Knock IQ will not auto-change your pin labels anymore. You stay in charge of those.
- Tasks got a refresh: tap anywhere on a row to edit, swipe left to delete, and enjoy the little check pop when you finish one.
- Trip Details now actually lets you add and manage vehicles.
- Lead Attachment no longer crashes on leads without a PDF.
- The Activity page is the same everywhere, with full swipe-to-delete from both the lead info and edit views.

Tax season just got a whole lot easier. We've rebuilt mileage tracking from the ground up for full IRS Schedule C compliance - every drive now captures the data your accountant actually needs. Tap More Categories to log Commute, Charity, Medical, or Employer-Reimbursement miles at IRS-published rates, and we'll prompt you for a quick business-purpose note so you're audit-ready by default. The new Odometer Vault keeps your year-start and year-end readings safely synced to the cloud. Set up Trip Rules once ("anything starting from the office on a weekday is business") and Knock It will auto-categorize new drives forever.
Stack up receipts right on the trip with a single photo, blast through uncategorized drives in the new To Review inbox, and when April rolls around, hit Send to Accountant to bundle a Schedule C-formatted PDF and a clean CSV in one tap. Plus we tightened up Knock IQ extractions, the lead attachment viewer, route-knock toasts, and a stack of polish across the app. Happy knocking - and happy filing.
