وتهدف المنصة والتطبيق إلى خلق بيئة تفاعلية بين جميع فئات المجتمع المصري "مواطنين، خبراء ومتخصصين، مؤسسات الدولة، منظمات المجتمع المدني"، من خلال فتح قنوات للتواصل والحوار المجتمعي بشأن مختلف القضايا، وبما يُمكن من دعم وصنع السياسات العامة، واتخاذ التدابير والإجراءات التصحيحية بشأنها في إطار تشاركي فعال.
