STREEQ brings your training, food and body records together. Keep track of what you did, look back at your progress, and choose how to use your record.
TRAIN
Log strength workouts set by set, with weights, reps, effort. Keep your workout history alongside programmes and saved workouts. Start a run without needing a training plan.
FUEL
Keep a food diary with your training. Search for foods or add meals manually, and return to what you logged.
BODY
Record body weight and measurements, and follow your own history over time.
YOUR DAY
Today brings your activity together. Close a workout, food or steps target and load a plate on your daily bar. See your streak and recent days without losing the details in your record.
BRING YOUR HISTORY
Import supported records from Apple Health after granting permission. Bring in lifting history from a Hevy export or activities from a Strava archive file. A Strava import uses a file you provide; it is not a live Strava account connection. Available records depend on the source and the permissions you grant.
APPLE WATCH
Record supported workouts on your Apple Watch and save them to Apple Health. Use STREEQ on your iPhone to keep them with the rest of your fitness record.
CONNECT YOUR OWN AI
Connect STREEQ to Claude or ChatGPT to use your record in the AI service you already use. You approve access and can disconnect the service. An account with the chosen AI provider is required; that provider's own availability and subscription terms apply. STREEQ is a fitness record, with no built-in AI coach.
CLUBS
Create a club or join with an invite code. Share the experience through club rooms and activity. Reporting and blocking controls are available for community content.
STREEQ PRO
Optional paid features are available through in-app purchases. The purchase screen shows the features, price and billing period before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple account settings. Restore eligible purchases from the app.
