二、AR高效巡检运维
1.结合AR可视化技术，将模型叠加到现场，轻松定位楼宇内部隐患，巡检人员通过电子工单快速处理日常工单和巡检工作，存储历史巡检工单记录便于追溯。
2.平台可实现建筑数据与资料文档绑定挂接，降低专业人员在现场的需求，大大提高运维效率，节约维护成本。
三、可视化物联网集成
1.集成楼宇内BA/已有的第三方系统，将楼宇运维数据、设备监测数据、能耗数据、空间管理数据、安防数据等进行统一管理。
2.将多源数据经过AI、大数据、云计算进行数据打通，统一分析，应用于不同楼宇场景中，提高现有楼宇自控系统的可视化水平和系统集成水平。
四、精细化空间资产管理
1.运维过程中产生的零散杂乱的资料文档统一管理维护，并通过空间定位的能力，将资料与空间点绑定，辅助楼宇设备巡检。
1.利用空间定位的能力，还原分散的租赁设备设施的真实位置，协同楼宇系统，进行资产位置比对和资产数据管理、设备系统与空间范围拓扑关系等，让楼宇资产管理变得可视、 智能、便携 、高效。
五、隐蔽工程可视化
利用AR可视化的能力，将BIM模型叠加在现实场景中，1:1真实比对模型与现场之间的差距，可视化查看隐蔽在墙体内的管道、电路等构件，辅助运维人员定位位置。
