So I’ve been using this app for about four months and there are definitely some head hurters still lurking..1. Could you please add the patient’s phone number to the active delivery screen instead of the accept/reject screen? That way if you have to call a patient for specific street directions, access codes, etc DURING delivery, you don’t have to pull over, find the patient’s delivery and phone number from the box/items being delivered and call that way. 2. Upload times are extremely slow. Sometimes the app continues to show that it’s uploading hours after delivery. 3. After pressing the “directions” button, could you have the app return to the delivery screen, instead of staying on the “directions” screen? This would reduce having to click back to complete the delivery, slightly reducing driver frustration.Thank you!
