Never mind my first review please, sorry!I had been trying to figure out how to block channels because it wasn't working at first. But now it seems to be working, as an "Add to Blocklist" button is now showing up next to the channel name (you have to go into the channel page by clicking the channel name, then the "Add to Blocklist" button should show up next to the channel name).Rating it 5-stars for everything working. Perhaps one of my other extensions was previously blocking something and that might be why the button wasn't showing up before. Sorry for the previous review and I hope this extension continues to do well!

Easy to Use, fun Customization, and Removes Annoying Things

I really love this extension. I used it to remove Shorts, comments, viewer counts, and "Related Searches" that were never related. After that, I changed the theme to make it look nice and blue, and changed the font to one I like. I honestly use this all the time, I hope this extension never breaks and keeps being supported. 5/5 Stars easily.

Honestly the best extension I've used. Easy to understand and does so much. Only thing I would add would be more themes but that's mostly a Safari thing.

Smart Speed, rebuilt: - Smart Speed has a new engine that adapts playback speed within the minimum and maximum you set, with an on-screen speed indicator. - It can use SponsorBlock community segments to speed through sponsor, intro, and outro sections, and can show Skip Intro and Skip Sponsor buttons. - New options for videos without heatmap data, a threshold for short videos, and separate handling for Shorts and live streams. Playback speed and player: - The playback speed buttons are combined into one button that remembers your custom speed. - Adjust playback speed in custom steps, including with the scroll wheel. - New option to block the Opus audio codec. - Cinema mode now applies after a page refresh, and the repeat button appears even when YouTube loads the player controls late. - Forced playback speed now recognizes music videos more reliably. Also new and improved: - Video Filters: adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, sharpness, and gamma, with presets and a quick-toggle player button. - Collapsible side-panel sections. - Better handling of automatically dubbed audio while keeping human-made dubbed tracks. - Live chat no longer leaves an empty column when collapsed. - Azerbaijani translation, more localized menu labels, and refined Russian, Japanese, and Urdu translations. Fixes: - Subtitles turn on reliably when a video first loads. - Keyboard shortcuts recover after a missed key release. - Fixed the Subscriptions list layout, Add to Blocklist visibility in dark mode, and square-corner styling for Shorts thumbnails and previews. - Comment actions stay available when author avatars are hidden. - Player tooltips stay inside the window and above the video. - Context-menu actions no longer run twice. - Exported settings files include a timestamp in their name. - Safer Safari App Store packaging and validation.
