I discovered this app and protocol through bitcoin and in the beginning it was clearly a bitcoin heavy space. A beautiful, happy, and inviting space where I felt free to say what I want and the things others were saying were enlightening and sometimes making me laugh. I’m currently still on the old school social medias to keep in touch with friends and family and have not been able to recruit any one to Primal yet but I’m still trying… Staying humble, stacking sats, and thanking those who worked so hard on Nostr, freedom tech, and self-sovereignty in general. 🙏🙏🙏 #thanksyallAlso I have discovered fountain and I’m really loving that as well. I can’t wait to see what else is to come and I’m still looking for an inlet where I can contribute to this revolution.

Dude this is still nascent but definitely feels like the future. Primal is a social app that sits on Nostr protocol layer which makes your content movable to other social apps also on Nostr; that means if you want to try other social apps that aren't run by a corporation that are also built on Nostr you can move your content and followers with just a copy paste of your social ID, not a login and content for each different social account. This is incredible to be a part of. Thank you to all the builders. Amazing for anyone sick of content moderation and wanting REAL content about the world. Still early days but very much feels like the future.

I have been extremely impressed with this app. I’ve been trying to find a way to interface with Nostr and tried a few options but Primal has been the best to date. The clean interface and SOLID Lightning integration is hands down the best I’ve seen. Decent search and VERY stable. If you are trying to figure out this social media alternative to Twitter, save yourself time and head…go with Primal. I still use Twitter but now Nostr has a solid app in Primal that I find myself opening it more and more. Very well done! And it’s free! Send these guys some sats. I did.

Very smooth and fast. The feed is much more organized than damus. A lot of the problems I have complained about to the team have gotten fixed. The only thing that isn’t accurate on primal are note reactions. I have to check damus to see them more accurately. Also there seems to be a bug where I lose my relays sometimes when I switch to desktop. Once these issues are fixed I won’t have to use any other clients 💜
