We have an announcement!!! You can now save spots straight to Reco directly from Instagram and TikTok!!! No more digging through your camera roll or trying to remember what that cool place was called. Your Notes app is shaking. OH and the long awaited Trip Itinerary feature is also live! Build itineraries, map out your plans, and get rid of those spreadsheets! And while we were at it: • You can now react to comments with emojis. (Because words are hard!) • Friend requests are live! Add your people, swap your recs, repeat. • Faster load times (we hate the spinny wheel, too) • And of course, squashed some bugs. But wait! There’s more: • A new profile menu that doesn’t make you guess where things are • Bring your friends with our new referral tool (good friends don’t gate keep!) • A refreshed Explore page to help you find your next favorite place faster Lastly, we rebranded and gosh we needed it. More than just ironing out wrinkles, we took Reco to the highest-rated Rec for Dry Cleaners! With a complete overhaul of Reco’s backend, you will experience faster load times, background syncing, offline mode, and personal profile photos as we help you become more social with your recs. There is still some cleanup, but this is laying the groundwork for many long-awaited features. Lists Made Simple: Update, reorganize, and rename your custom lists in seconds. Now with emojis enabled Map or List? You Decide: Quickly toggle between views for easier planning, wherever you are. Bug Fixes: Resolved issues with pinning from Explore and Profile tabs for smoother navigation. More updates are on the way. Until then, happy exploring and organizing!
