It will show you the route or how to transfer by railways or airplanes in Japan.
It can check the route, the fare, and the required time easily as long as you input the departure station and the destination station.

This app was always the best for years and I depend(ed) on it for years for all of my Tokyo train travels. After the most recent "update" suddenly it doesn't work at all! It just says the app is no longer supported. It's here in the iOS App store and still looks to be supported but just no longer works on my iPhone 13 as it has for the past 2 years! Komarimasu! Tasukete kudasai! We need this app and there is no equivalent! What gives?The support team graciously replied to me explaining the situation. There was a 2 hour glitch but now everything is back to it's normal, wonderful usefulness! They replied to me to explain the very temporary glitch that I just happened to encounter.I very highly recommend this app for traveling in Japan. I have been here for 50 years and this app is by far the absolute BEST!! Thank you Japan Transit creators and support!

Getting “Error” message

I live in Japan, and I’ve been using this app for a long time with no issues at all. But recently, I’ve been getting “Route error” messages on certain usual routes, and only getting local train options on others, even though I recently upgraded to Premium (hoping that that was the issue) and even though I’ve set my route options to “prefer direct train”. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the issue still persists. Any suggestions from the app users or creators?UPDATE: After contacting the app creators, they quickly replied and figured out the glitch. They have fixed the issue and it works as normal now. Very good and prompt customer service! I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars. Thank you to the customer service team for quickly finding the glitch and fixing the app.
Great app with many free features

If you are comfortable with kanji, even if you can read or write it, but can differentiate between the station names, this app is better than others out there, including Google maps, Hyperdia’s app and website, and Navitime. You can list the in between stations, it recognizes romaji, and you can quickly reroute train scenarios if you miss the starting train or transfer or get to one earlier than expected.
