I purchased my first iphone when my daughter was 11 (she’s now 20) so I could learn everything possible to stay i step ahead when i traded up a year later and gave her mine. I was immediately inflicted with a bad case of IPhone and IPad envy working with 500 engineers and being the impulsive person i am, I couldn’t get out of an AT&T store w/o selling a kidney. So when a new IPhone was coming out every time I turned around it became imperative that i knew if the so-called improvement was worth it. Another thing i love about this app is that there are so many amazing things our phones do that the average person doesn’t know. Oh; and I learned so much that it was common for co-workers to ask if I worked for Apple.

Friends help friends out of jams, right? And if you have used Tips &TricksPro, just as I have — which is why I am reviewing this marvelous app for you now — then I know Tips &TricksPro has help you out of jams already, just as it has helped me, like more than three dozen times in the lives of my iPhone upgrades! During some of those jams, I really would have been up the proverbial creek without Tips & TricksPro at my side. That is why, throughout the years, it has remained one of my top three essential apps — so essential, that neither you or I would ever want to be caught up today’s all-digital creek without it! Trust me please: Tips & TricksPro is one of your big Thumbs Up Apps, for sure!
You don't know what you don't know.

This IPhone App is AWESOME. So user friendly since “you don’t know what you don’t know”. The TIPS are very detailed with visuals, I need that. And they send short notices occasionally on different subjects and or new Tip additions to keep you up on your phones changing abilities . And they have a search area. And, have a live team that are quick to reply to any questions/ concerns. This app can prove to you if you really do know all of your phones uses and power and you may learn about some new information on how to use your phone to its fullest potential. I'm 76 and I LOVE the Tips & Tricks. It is truly a huge customer help support App. Thanks guys. Thumbs up.
Great App!

Super useful app. This app provides an easy way to discover the many shortcuts and functions that are built into iPhones but may not be intuitive. Speaking from experience, I use a typing/editing trick I learned on this app everyday - and typing emails takes much less effort now. Plus, it’s a great resource for finding instructions when you cannot remember where some function toggle is located. There are also new app reviews. I recommend having this app on your phone. You may just find yourself using it more than you expected.
Developer Response
Hi. Thanks for being a long-time reader and apologies for the recent loading issues! We're looking into the problem, but it seems to be quite a niche bug that doesn't affect any of our test devices. If you email me directly at tomjrolfe@intelligenti.com with your device and iOS version, I will do my best to get it sorted for you personally. Kind regards, Tom (Editor)
