App was pretty good when it wants to work well. But when the app crashed it just burnt 10zł out of my account twice because the app said that I wasn’t be able to pay for the parking ticket on that specific day, and took my money anyway, burnt my Skycash account out till it was left with 0zł, even though I already pressed cancel the ticket. That happened TWICE, 20zł in total. Plus when you recharge the money into your account, it takes forever. Long enough for me to had to pay with the machine myself.

I hate this app. Keeps nagging me to use some other service. Activation is a nightmare and you have to give them your state ID number. Today couldn’t pay because it lost connection with the MasterCard wallet. Which BTW is awful feature, before the MC Wallet it was possible to just add a credit card without dealing with this wallet thing. When your ticket expires it simply disappears with no sign. No notification, no purchase history.

The apo used to work great! Until recently, they introduced some double-verification process that doesnt charge my account and makes it impossible to buy a ticket. As a result, i got a fine because i thought i purchased the ticket (but the app never charged my account, even though it said it did). So long, 120zl....because SkyCash couldnt make it work.

I have used SkyCash app for a couple of years now. Half the time App does not work, Hangs, or you get a notification from the App that the parking Started, later to find out no it did not, which causes ticket fines. I got 4 fines by now because of the App and every time I submit the Refund request, they deny the claim. Absolutely useless!!!
SkyCash is now Skycash Transport. From this version, the app is dedicated to public transport tickets, train travel and highways payments. Parking has moved to our new app Skycash Parking – available on the App Store.
