You no longer need to waste your time looking at your iPhone till your battery is charged, you will be alerted once your battery reaches your desired level. With the Apple Watch app, you can check your iPhone charging progress from your watch, making things even more convenient.
In addition to the charged notifications, BatteryFull+ (alarm) now provides a history of your charging sessions. You can track how long it takes to charge your device, and see how much time you spend charging it. With this feature, you can optimize your charging habits and extend your device's battery life.
How does it Work?
For iPhone Users
Simply plug in your device and turn on the app. Set the alarm by moving the alarm icon to your desired level, and activate it by clicking "Set Alarm." Keep the app open and your phone unlocked for the alarm to sound at the desired level. With the pro feature, you can also view your charging history and track your charging habits to optimize your device's battery life.
For Apple Watch Users
You can check the battery level of your iPhone anytime or you can check your iPhone charging progress from your watch using the Apple Watch app. Enable notifications on your Apple Watch and you will receive notification during charging.

Here are some reviews from sites:
"Sitting around waiting for your battery to be fully charged is dumb! With BatteryFull+ (alarm), you'll still have to sit around, but at least you won't have to check it every 5 minutes... just wait for the app to tell you when your battery is fully charged." - iPhoneAppReviews
"The application BatteryFull can help you save energy. The iPhone is fully charged within two hours, so there's no need to keep it on the charger the entire night." - iPhoneFreakz
Since the last update or two, I can't change the target level of charge. I can't change it while charging, and I tried setting it before plugging in my iTouch, but it keeps going back to "100%." Usually that's what I want, but I can't rate this app 5 stars until I can change the desired charge level. Perhaps I am doing something wrong? Other than that, I really like this app, and I do recommend it based on the other features.

it used to remember the last alarm % but now i have to set it every time i launch the app. i also used to be able to set the exact % and not only in 5% increments. this is unfortunate because for example an 80% alarm will ring at 78%.
No alarm in iOS 8

Great app! Since I upgraded to iOS 8, the app does not sound off to tell me the battery is fully charged when the phone is locked. When I unlock the phone, the app sounds off, indicating the battery is fully charged. Please update the app to provide the alarm when the phone is locked. Thanks.

It does give you the current status of the battery but it doesn't stop charging! Even if all my other battery applications, including the original detector - that is when the flash sign on your batt icon turns to usb - already spells out FULLY CHARGED, it just keeps charging! I tried to wait for it but then even after 30 more minutes it's still charging. I rated it this low because if i follow it and wait until it finally alarms, my phone will be at a risk of being destroyed due to overcharging! I'm still wondering why and how it works on these other users who posted.
-Improved connection reliability between iPhone and Apple Watch for smoother syncing.
-Fixed an issue where the alert sound wouldn't play when the iPhone reached the desired charging percentage.
-Added support for iPhone 17.
