This app has made my life so much easier, with the little indicators of the uses of a word it’s much harder to accidentally say something you didn’t mean to. Additionally it’s very fast and I love that it’s offline. I just wish the Vocab was more organized and that there was a widget so I could look up a word with my phone locked.

I swore by this app as an expat living in Germany, and then they broke my heart and stopped updating the app and it didn’t work for awhile. I had to use google translate, which is garbage and is terrible at guessing context while translating words rather than sentences. I am so happy to see that this app is up and running again. I’m in Switzerland using it as I write this!

Diese Wörterbuch ist wunderbar!! Every student in my German class swears by this! It has a wide range of words, and is great if you need to find multiple meanings of a word, definitely better than google translate, and an asset to learning any language! It even includes the gender of nouns, which has always plagued my scores. It’s free, and you won’t regret setting aside the space for this app!
Great when you don't have a dictionary handy

Currently I don't have a large german dictionary handy so this is really helpful in looking up difficult words. It might be even better than most dictionaries in looking up idioms and expressions! And the ability to easily switch languages is cool.
