Kean Mobile provides the latest information about Kean University at the palm of your hand. Founded in 1855, Kean University is a metropolitan, comprehensive, interactive, teaching university. A campus dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in higher education, Kean University supports a student-centered learning environment that nurtures the development of the whole student for rewarding careers, lifelong learning and fulfilling lives in a global society. Five undergraduate colleges and the Nathan Weiss Graduate College now serve more than 14,000 students.
With the Kean Mobile suite, users can look up faculty and staff in the directory, navigate the 150+ acre campus using the campus map, read campus news, search the Kean directory, view hours of operation, view campus photos and watch videos.
Some features include:
Directory: Search for faculty and staff. With the tap of the screen users can email that person.
Maps: Navigate the campus to find classes and programs. Users can use the device’s GPS locator to find their location on the campus map.
News: Keep up to date with what’s happening around campus with live feeds from The Cougar’s Byte, Kean Athletics and the Alumni Association.
Hours: Need to go to One-Stop or work out in D’Angola Gym? Check the hours of operation and make sure they are open.
Videos: Watch the latest videos from the Kean University television studio, KUTV and The Cougar's Byte.
I think this is a very handy app for us Kean students but it would be even better if they included an agenda book to write down all of our assignments in(especially considering that they stopped giving out free agenda books=[). It would also be awesome if this app gave you access to your Kean Wise account as well as let you set up appointments with Tutor Track. To all those reveiwers who wrote in saying they wished it came with kean email, use the default iPhone/iPod Touch Mail app instead. Since Kean uses Gmail now it is really easy to add your account to the Mail app.

Everytime I try to login to keanwise the main options like my profile, class schedule, educational plan, midterm grades, program evaluation and others are blocked from me trying to access them through the app there should be a way for us to access them through our personal app for easier access from our phones

This new annoying problem is really irritating. Last year was totally fine. All sudden they do so many updates, now this app is awful.Every other day I have to clear my stupid browser.
